Cancellation Policy

At The Trend Locker, we understand that plans can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your options after placing an order.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further options.

2. Cancellation by The Trend Locker

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur in the following situations:

  • Stock unavailability – If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed.
  • Suspected fraud – If we detect unusual or suspicious activity associated with an order.
  • Pricing errors – If a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error.
  • Verification issues – If we are unable to verify your contact information, address, or payment details.
  • Repeated COD refusals – If a customer has a history of refusing Cash on Delivery orders.

In the event that we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp. If any payment was made, a full refund will be processed promptly.

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment would have been collected, so no refund is applicable.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
  3. If approved, we will cancel the order and initiate any applicable refund.
